Last Day of Class - 5/12
We will have a VERY distanced "get together" for this class on 5/13 from 12:30-2:30. I will have a TABLE for each student spread out in the schoolyard. (I am only doing this for the 7th/8th graders since there are only 7 of them.) If you do not feel comfortable, that's fine! Just let me know if you would like to bring the family out to the farm for a family picnic, instead! :-)
Science
- Check over your Quest Guide pages 100&101. Make any changed needed.
- Read chapter 28.
- Complete Quest Sheet page 104
- If you need to work on your debate, please do so. I believe most of you completed it in class, but you may want to practice!
Grammar
- Complete these practice tests
- Check them as you go. If you miss something, please look at the lesson number (in parenthesis) so that you can flip back and review.
- Test on 5/12!
Literature
- Read Danny, Champion of the World chapters 1-10.
- The vocab is not difficult in this book, so there will be no vocab!
- Here are the comprehension questions for chapters 1-10. PLEASE write in complete, thorough, and well formed sentences.
- OPTIONAL--- Create a gypsy wagon like the one in the book. Begin with a toilet paper cardboard tube as your frame... and see what you come up with!
