Due 3/24

You guys ROCK!  Thank you for being so awesome and flexible.  I'll get better with the technology as we go, but we are off to a great start to the coronapocalypse!

Science- 

• Read the Quest Guide definitions and places for chapter 24.
• Read chapter 24.  
• Take notes as you read on all important concepts!   
• Please be sure to read the information in the boxes, especially page 214!  

• Complete quest guide page 88 using the information from pages 206-211.  We'll go over it in class.
• For Tuesday, please have a ruler, a calculator, a piece of string, scissors, two thumb tacks, and a piece of paper or cardboard!

Grammar-

• Complete the More Practice sections for 87 & 89. (scroll back to last week's post for corrections)
• Do lessons 92, 93, and 94.  Please check all work and mark anything confusing with a star.  Or, if you are really stuck, just send me a message!

 Literature-

•  Vocabulary for chapters 1-3 of A Wrinkle in Time.  (I'm checking to see who participates, so be sure to log in!)
• Read chapters 1-3
• Complete the Reading Comprehension questions.  SKIP question 1.

WRITING-

• I want you to do something different this week.  I would like for you to write a letter to yourself 10 in the future.   The changes taking place and the decisions being made, both in our country and in our world, are major events in history.  Tell yourself about what things are like for you and your family right now.  This doesn't have to be fancy or full of research.  It's actually FOR YOU.  We will read them in class next week, but they are ultimately for you to keep for the future to remind yourself of this experience.
